StudySmart^® Software is BAR/BRI Patent Bar Review's exclusive software - a computer- based version of the Practice Questions Volume. StudySmart^® contains the same questions as the practice volume. StudySmart^® also allows you to track your progress with a running score report and work on your time management skills with its timer. Our new StudySmart^® 4.2 also gives you access to an electronic MPEP while you study to gain familiarity with the new exam format.

The StudySmart^® Software is available on CD and will be shipped out with your materials upon purchase of the course.

• Windows 98/NT 4.0/2000
• Minimum 64 Mb of RAM and 400MHz processor
• Internet Explorer 5.5 or Netscape 4.6 or higher
